RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

•  If for any reason you choose to return or exchange our products, we accept returns or exchanges as long as the product is in unused condition. This means that all items in the packaging must have no visible signs of wear or use, and the product must be returned in its original packaging. 

• Please inspect carefully upon arrival of the package and contact us immediately if anything is missing or defective.  

• Special custom order is not eligible for return or exchange. You have to be the original purchaser and have the original receipt or other proof of purchase.  

• We do not provide return labels and will not be responsible for misdirected claims or damaged parts in transit.  

• Please retain shipping information including tracking number(s) until a replacement product is received.  All refund will be processed using the same method as the original payment method minus 20% restocking fee.  

• For exchange, you will be charged on outbound shipping fee. No outbound shipping fee on exchange if we sent wrong item by an accident.  

• Please obtain return authorization number by emailing sales@royalwatchskin.com before shipping out return product.
